This page explains how to delete your AbhiWork account and what happens to your data when you do. It applies to the AbhiWork mobile app (package name com.abhiwork.app).
For your security, if you have not signed in recently you may be asked to verify your phone number again before the deletion completes.
If you cannot access the app, you can ask us to delete your account. Email us from the phone number's associated address, or include your registered mobile number in the message so we can identify your account.
We will verify that the request comes from the account holder and complete the deletion within 30 days.
When your account is deleted, the following is permanently removed:

Reviews other people wrote about you are kept, but your name is removed from them and replaced with "Deleted user". The star rating and the review text remain so other customers can still see the history of jobs on the platform. Nothing in a kept review identifies you.
We may also retain limited records where the law requires it, for example to meet tax or accounting obligations. Anything retained for that reason is kept only for as long as the law requires and is not used for any other purpose.
If you have a job still in progress, please finish or cancel it first. Deletion is blocked while a booking is active, so that the other person is not left with an unfinished job and no way to contact you.
Yes. Deletion frees up your phone number, so you can register again at any time. However, your old profile, ratings, reviews and job history are not restored — you would start with a completely new account.
